This is a flax prtiček or "napkin" from the village of Adlešiči in Southeastern Slovenia.   It is embroidered with a traditional design and has a fringe edge.  The fabric is heavy and fairly stiff.   It is 100% handmade, from growing and harvesting the flax, weaving the fabric, and embroidering it.

It measures about  9" x 9" and would make a very lovely doily.

Since all of our prtičeks are hand woven, there may be slight imperfections in the shape or colors.
